Pursuant to art.13 Legislative Decree 196/03

This page describes the methods of managing the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is information provided to those who interact with the web services accessible from the address studiotecnicocarbonetti.it, pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/03 - code regarding the protection of personal data. The information concerns only the site in question, and not others that may be consulted by the user via links. The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/01, adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data (group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE) on 17 May 2001, to:
1. identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online;
2. define the methods, times, nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

DATA CONTROLLER

Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The owner of their processing is Studio Tecnico Carbonetti.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at Studio Tecnico Carbonetti, and are handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge, or by occasional persons in charge for other maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, acts, provisions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested, and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This includes: IP addresses, domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, time of requests, method used to submit requests to the server, size of files obtained in response, numerical codes indicating the status of responses (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's computer environment. This web contact data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, and to check its correct functioning. Normally they do not persist for more than seven days, but they can be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site in question.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The (optional) explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the acquisition of the sender's address (necessary to respond to requests), as well as any other personal data entered. Specific summary information will be progressively reported on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

COOKIES

No personal data of users is acquired on purpose by the site. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies used (systems for tracking users, stored on their computers). The use of so-called session cookies (which disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (random numbers generated by the server), necessary to allow safe and efficient navigation; those used on this site avoid the use of computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of navigation, and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide his/her personal data, to request the sending of informative material, or for other communication needs. For completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art.157 Legislative Decree no. 196/03, to control the processing of personal data: the response is mandatory, under penalty of administrative sanction.

TREATMENT METHODS

Personal data are processed with automated tools, and only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. To prevent loss, illicit use, and unauthorized access, specific security measures are observed.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, the subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right, at any time, to:
– obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data;
– know its content and origin;
– verify its accuracy;
– request its integration, updating, rectification;
– request its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking;
– oppose, for legitimate reasons, its processing.
